# BOSS > BOSS is business operating system software for leadership teams of small and mid-size companies, made by LampyrLabs, LLC. It keeps the vision, 90-day priorities, weekly scorecard, issues, to-dos, weekly meetings, daily huddles and quarterly planning in one place. Website: https://bossforteams.com/ . Sign up: https://app.bossforteams.com/signup ## What it does - One-page vision: core values, focus, long-range target, three-year picture and one-year plan. - 90-day priorities with owners, milestones and a weekly on-track or off-track call. Leaders carry up to 7, everyone else up to 3. - Weekly scorecard with a goal on every number; numbers can come from formulas or connectors. - Issues list ranked by what matters most, and one-week to-dos with owners. - Live meetings with timers: weekly meeting, daily huddle, quarterly and annual planning, department quarterly sessions, state of the company, same-page meeting, issue-solving session, and private General meetings for vendor or customer calls. - Schedules: every week on one or more days, every other week, or certain weeks of the month (for example the 1st and 3rd Tuesday). Huddles can have a different time on some days. Calendar invites (.ics and Google Calendar) follow the same rule. - Meeting notes: listen in the room, import the Microsoft Teams transcript, or send a live note-taker into Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. It can join by itself when a meeting starts or at its set time and joins under the company's name. Personal talk is held back; suggested to-dos and issues wait to be accepted. - Attendance: managers can check in people who are not signed in; a speaker timer gives each person a turn. - Org chart built on seats, with roles and capacity; people reviews; a three-strike record. - Core processes printed as a company handbook, with training sign-off. - Company checkup in six areas. - Connectors: Autotask, ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, Kaseya BMS, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop (through the QuickBooks Web Connector), Microsoft 365, Microsoft To Do, Asana, ClickUp, monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Slack, REST API and webhooks. - AI assistant included on the Pro plan with a monthly allowance, or on the customer's own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google key. - Connector for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps (remote MCP server at https://app.bossforteams.com/mcp with OAuth sign-in). The AI app sees only what the signed-in person can see; it can read the vision, priorities, scorecard, issues, to-dos, meetings, huddle, org chart and processes, and add to-dos and issues. - Free view-only observer seats and free coach seats. - Coach view: one sign-in across several client companies, with each company's last meeting and rating, priorities on track, to-do completion, open issues and missed numbers, and flags for the ones that need attention. - Microsoft Teams and Slack: posts meeting starts, recaps, morning to-dos and Monday numbers to chosen channels; a BOSS app opens as tabs inside Teams. - Sign in with Microsoft or Google. - To-do sync with Microsoft To Do, Asana, ClickUp and monday.com, both ways for completions. - Pulse surveys: short anonymous team surveys with results shown once three people answer, and a meeting-rating trend for each team. - Public REST API at https://app.bossforteams.com/api/v1 with workspace keys and signed webhooks. Guide: https://bossforteams.com/api - Every term can be renamed to match the words a team already uses. ## Pricing Per person per month: Starter $9 (up to 10 people), Team $12, Pro $14 (connectors and AI assistant).
