BOSS compared with the other business operating system tools

Every tool here runs a weekly leadership meeting, a scorecard, quarterly priorities, issues and to-dos. They differ in price, where your numbers come from, how meetings are captured and what is on your phone.

Checked against each product's public website and help center on October 29, 2026.

The short answer: EOS One is the official EOS software; Ninety has the most published reviews and a free plan; Bloom Growth charges a flat price for unlimited users; Strety is strong on people tools and works with BrightGauge; Success.co has a free plan. BOSS is the one that fills the scorecard straight from QuickBooks Online or Desktop and from Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA or Kaseya BMS, runs daily huddles, and sends a note-taker into Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. It also posts to Teams and Slack, has a public API, and gives coaches a free seat and one view across client companies. BOSS has no phone app or free plan yet.
